1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to RodaBee. By accessing and using our platform, including the Mobility OS, CreditOS, and Marketplace Intelligence layers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
RodaBee is a decision intelligence platform for the automotive lifecycle. Our services include:
- Car Marketplace & Search
- Autonomous Vehicle Inspections
- Auto Finance & CreditOS
- Logistics & Delivery Orchestration
- White-label Marketplace Solutions
3. Exclusion Protocol & Certification
RodaBee operates an "Exclusion First" policy. We reserve the right to exclude any vehicle from our certified program if it fails our 150-point autonomous inspection protocol. RodaBee does not guarantee the availability of any specific unit until certification is finalized.
6. Privacy & Data
Data treatment by RodaBee is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our "Choice Engineering" features, you consent to the processing of vehicle and financial data necessary to generate autonomous recommendations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo/SP.
